As a care and support agency, we understand how difficult it can be to find the proper training for your staff. As a domiciliary support and addiction service, we are concerned about whether the appropriate training is being provided so that staff can carry out their role effectively.

Our approved Advantage training meets current legislation by ensuring your staff has accredited training that meets the needs of the people we support and brings your service into compliance. All of our training is provided by social workers, nurses, registered managers, responsible individuals, and paramedics who have all undertaken the role of a carer/ support worker and fully understand the staff they are training.

All our training is provided in our fully equipped, air-conditioned training rooms offering refreshments throughout the day. We also attend the service your staff are working on and can tailor the training to meet your specific service needs.
